My name is Gemma and I’m a 2-year-old hound/lab/pit mix female dog. My owner had to surrender me because the landlord did not want dogs. It has been very stressful for me to lose my family and I’m hoping that I will find a family to love me soon. I live with children and loved them dearly and enjoyed the love and attention that they gave me. Although Kitty Connection doesn’t not support off-leash activities for dogs, my owner would take me running and out with other dogs to play on that run. I do best with dogs my own size or bigger. At this time Kitty Connection is looking for a forever home for me as an only pet. Since I have gotten along with other dogs outside, with proper introductions, I could do good with another dog in the home.
Gemma would do good with a family that has dog experience with strong breed dogs and does activities outside of the home that allows dogs to participate as she loves to run and play.
