My name is Dacia and I’m an 8-year-old female mutt (Shepherd/Lab/Rotti/Dobi). My owners gave me up, maybe because they couldn’t afford my care. It was very scary for me. My owners were contacted, but they just never came to get me. Kitty Connection was contacted about my story, and although they are a small rescue organization, they knew I deserved a chance and people would help me. With an all-out plea, I found a foster home that gave me a second chance at life. I’m a real sweet, gentle, and lovable girl. I lived in a home with cats, infants and toddlers, so everyone is shocked that I was given up. My foster home has a small dog and I am great with her too. Kitty Connection knows that someone will give me a forever loving home, even though I am 8. I am a great dog and get along with cats, dogs and gentle to be around children.
