Watch my videos below! My name is Loki and I’m a 13 month old (born 8/20/12) neutered male Boxer/Pit Bull mix. I am extremely friendly and sweet-natured with excellent manners. I’m still a baby, but have had good training in my life. I lived with four dogs and two toddlers. My owner had to give up one dog, so it was me, since I was the youngest. My new owner got sick and can no longer care for me. Kitty Connection volunteers met me and were extremely impressed with how well behaved I am. I know basic commands and walk great on a leash. I can even go the bathroom on command! I’m crate-trained, too. I am a fast learner and am eager to please. I love to play and would do great in an active family who enjoys outings. I really need to be exercised daily — I’m still a pup with lots of energy.
I am an incredible dog who is wonderful with kids. My foster mom’s girls love to play with me and snuggle with me, and I never grab or bite them. I like other dogs, too, as long as I’m properly introduced — it’s fun to play with them and I’m not possessive of toys, bones, or food. I love people and pleasing them. I’m hoping for a home where I would have the company of people or other dogs during the day.
