Adoption pending! My name is Sparky and I’m a 2-year-old, about 15 lb, Chihuahua mix. My owners need to give me up because the landlord doesn’t want pets any longer and they cannot afford to move away to keep me. My foster mom has been taking me places with her and at first I was scared but now I love meeting new people! Everywhere we go there are nice people who give me treats and play fetch with me, and when we’re done I sit on their laps and snuggle. I get along with my foster dog brother but I don’t like cats much. I would like it best if I was your one and only and got all your attention!
