Hunter is a 3yrs and 5 months old Neapolitan Mastiff mix he was born July 31, 2010, Hunter was one of 13 puppies born to a mother who was rescued from a home that had about 60 dogs removed from its property. Hunter is brindle in color and approx. 75 lbs. With our family Hunter is very lovable and loyal. In our home Hunter lives with My husband, my 9 yr old son, Myself and a 1yr old English Mastiff/Great Dane mix and a 5 year old calico cat with whom he gets along very well with. Outside the home we find Hunter to be very unpredictable he has shown aggression to both people and other dogs. In our home when we have had guests Hunter seems to be very excited and gets mouthy and he jumps up. Hunter is very protective of our property whether it be our home or in our cars. Hunter seems to always be on guard and seems to have great difficulty in relaxing. Hunter would make a great companion to someone who lives in a country setting with distance between neighbors although he has been around many children and has been fine, he is unpredictable and would be best around older more experienced dog owners. Hunter needs to be in a quiet situation and not with a family that has a very busy lifestyle.
