Starbuck went in for emergency eye surgery on Monday, March 3rd. She had an ulcer on her cornea. She was worked on by the vet and the eye was sewn shut in an effort to save it. She is on oral antibiotics as well as having liquid antibiotics flushed through her eye daily. She is on pain medication and resting comfortable in her foster home.
