Hello! My name is Lucky. I’m a 5-month-old, 8.6 pound, small-breed mix, female puppy. I don’t know what mix I am because I was found abandoned in a box in a parking lot when I was just 5 or 6 weeks old and only 3 pounds. I was found by a foster family that made sure I never spent a night alone in a shelter and that I received proper puppy care. I have all my shots, a microchip and I am spayed. I love my foster mom because she lets me sleep next to her at night, but now that I’m spayed, I’m ready for my forever home.
I’ve been taking puppy classes where I’ve been able to play with other puppies. I’m usually the smallest one in the class, but I’m curious of the other puppies, even if they are bigger than me. While in the class, I’ve also learned sit, down, and leave it. I am still working on my potty training, so please be patient with me. I like to play fetch and run outside. I can even go on long walks, because I have so much energy and love to be outside. When I’m tired, I really like curling up in laps for short naps. I am so excited for spring and the adventures that we can go on together….Let’s meet and see if we are a match!
