My name is Chipper and I’m a 4-year-old male Japanese Chin mix. I had a herniated disc and had surgery to treat it a few months ago. Unfortunately I still have minimal use of my hind legs and poor bladder control. I need someone who can lift and carry me at times (I’m about 18 lbs).
