I am Glenda, a super fluffy buff colored girl of 5 years of age. I was surrendered by my owners because they moved into an apartment where the landlord refused to let me stay. My owners should have found a cat friendly apartment. Now, I need to rebuild my trust with people. I have been with my foster mom, Michelle, for a few weeks now and I am starting to feel comfortable. I like to lay next to her on the sofa and sleep in her bed, too. I enjoy cat treats and chasing toy mice but it has taken me time to open up.
My new home must be a quiet home…with no other pets or children. Upon arrival in my new home, I will need to be put into a safe room for as long as it takes for me to feel comfortable. I will need my food and kitty box in there, too. I’d like you to come in and talk and play with me and then, I will let YOU know when I feel it is time for me to come out (at least 3-4 weeks). Plugging in a “Feliway” helps. So, if you can take me home and adhere to these requirements, I will be very grateful.
