Rupert

My name is Rupert and I’m a very frightened, 4 month old little boy. My owner dumped me outside when the landlord said that I wasn’t allowed to live in the apartment. I was terrified since we just moved in to this apartment. Thank goodness someone heard my cries and took the time to find me.  Then, they even found out why I was even outside.
