My name is Max and I am a very friendly and lovable 4 year old male Greyhound/Black Lab Mix. My original owner passed away when I was a 1.5 years old and another family took me in to their home. We all recently moved from Texas to Mass. and there is a big space difference both inside and outside our new home. My mom is also having a baby and it is really tight quarters with two dogs. So they feel it is best to find me a home that will love me for the rest of my life. I am very sweet and gentle and well trained; I love to walk and happy to run. I am not fond of cats but like my Jack Russel step brother. I get along with other dogs but am not happy to have young, playful dogs jumping all over me. Right now I would just be happy to be an only pet and get all of your love and attention (after what I have been through). I enjoy sitting on the couch with you and sleeping in bed, cuddling together. I am a very smart dog and learn fast. If you want love and affection in your life, I am the dog for you.Max
