Hi there… My name is Beebo and I’m a 4 year old, 8 pound, long hair Chihuahua mix. I was picked up by an Animal Control Officer when I was roaming around the streets. They tried finding my owner but had no luck. My holding time was up so they contacted Kitty Connection to see if they could find me a home. It has been a very stressful ordeal for me. I am settling in at my foster home and am doing really well. It is believed that I had experienced some type of abuse; how you reach out to me can be very intimidating to me. Once I am comfortable with you, I’m a real love bug. I am a house trained and love to go for walks. I am good with cats and other dogs. I’m not the typical small dog that needs to be carried. I’m prefer having my four legs on the ground but am happy for some assistance (if I need it) to jump up to sit with you. I love sitting on your lap and being petted and loved. I love to cuddle in bed with you and will even sleep under the covers if its chilly and you let me. If I get really comfortable with you, I will let you pick me up.I do fine being left alone but I will do a lot of barking at first, hoping that you will take me with you. I do great on car rides as well as going in to the office with my foster mom (when she can take me to work with her). I hope it won’t be long before I find a home where someone will love me forever.
Small breed dog experience is a must and landlord permission is required (if you do not own your home).
