My name is Ziggy and I am a big and beautiful, 1.5 year old female pointer mix (with a cool speckled coat). I am a strong, young dog who loves any opportunity to run around. I’m really up for any outing where I can burn energy. (I’d make a perfect jogging or hiking buddy!) I especially enjoy a good play session with a fun toy and a fun person! My favorite toys are “squeakies”, but a good plushie or rope toy will do just fine! I am very food motivated and would love to learn tricks in return for some doggie cookies! When eating, I prefer to be left alone until I finished. (Eating from a fun puzzle toy to helps to give my brain a bit of a workout, too.)
I am friendly and outgoing, but I sometimes forget how big I am. I am still learning that it is not that polite to jump up on
people (my bad)…I get so excited that I forget. Maybe a home
without young children (who might possibly get knocked down) would be best. This energetic girl would love to be the four-legged center of attention in your home. I’m not particularly care for other dogs and would love to be your one and only.
