Two wonderful cats in need of a bigger home. These 2 beautiful Bengals were adopted a year and a half ago and have been living in a small city apartment. They are very active and love to play. The male also likes to be walked outside on a halter. They love to have their people around a lot and current owners often have to leave for overnight trips. Leopold and Lotti are now looking for a house, with space to roam and explore – perhaps even an enclosed yard. They are very loving, though sometimes skittish. They will talk to you and greet you when you come home.
Leopold is a long light colored boy who loves to stalk and pounce. He is more vocal than his sister and in the colder weather, will sit on your lap. He craves attention and loves to be picked up and pet. Sharpening his claws is his favorite past-time, so a cardboard scratcher is good to have around. He often tries to eat his sister’s food so their bowls have to be placed in different locations.
Lotti is a sweet girl with a diminutive cry. She is a little more shy than her brother and, although wants to be petted, may rub against a wall nearby rather than run right over to you. Loud noises might send her running. But sit quietly and she will come to you for attention. Lotti also has an incredible talent! Her favorite toy is feathers on a string and if it is swung just out of her reach, she will jump to reach it – often flipping in mid-air!
This brother and sister pair may not play with each other all the time but are fond of each other and often sleep together. If one is out of the area, the other cries for him/her. They will be a wonderful addition to any house where they can enjoy running around and exploring something new every day.
If interested, please call Johanna at (603) 988-4474. Leopold and Lotti currently live in Somerville and we can arrange for you to come by to meet them.
