Princess

My name is Princess and I’m a sweet, black-and-white female, about six years old. I lost the only home I’d ever known when the person I loved with all my heart gave me to her daughter, who decided she didn’t have time for me, so she dumped me into a kill shelter. I was about to die, but a rescuer helped get me out just in time. My adopter will have to be a little patient with me because I’m still a bit shaken up by this. Who wouldn’t be? Despite this, my sweet personality comes through– except when I’m around other cats: I really don’t like them!

With people, though, I’m an affectionate girl. While I’m not too needy, I sometimes follow my foster parents from room to room, crawl onto their laps, and sleep with them. Who wouldn’t want a wonderful, warm-hearted cat like me?

I have been
– spayed
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– combo-tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
– treated for worms and fleas
– examined by a vet

My adopter will receive my medical records.

There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so the people who’ve helped me can continue to help other cats in need. They’re full and there are a lot of cats who need help, so, to speed it up a bit, my adoption fee has been accordingly reduced to only $75, which goes to my care and that of the other cats they help.

Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to me and provide me a safe, loving home for the rest of my life, then write to RoyCBarrows@gmail.com. Please include your phone number and say a little about yourself and the home you would provide for me.
