My name is Sammy and I am a very friendly 2-year-old female. My owner moved away and left me behind. The neighbors didn’t realize that I was left behind, but luckily one neighbor recognized me and rushed me to the hospital because I was so skinny. I came down with a severe upper respiratory infection. Fortunately, someone offered to foster me so that I wouldn’t need to be put down. I was in rough shape. I was too weak to do anything and needed feeding tubes. After a few weeks, I was recovering and getting back on my feet. Kitty Connection was contacted to see if they could find me a forever home. Please don’t adopt me if you can’t envision keeping me in your life for the next 20 years as an only pet. I need to be an only. I don’t deserve to be abandoned to fend for myself or to have to readjust to any home other than the one I get adopted into.
Kitty Connection cats have been:
– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
Adopters will receive their medical records.
Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to providing a safe, loving home for life, then please contact Kitty Connection to set up a time to meet.
