My name is Francis and I am a young, healthy, 1-2-year-old female tuxedo cat that was found in an unsafe area outside and brought to Kitty Connection. I was scared at first, but with a little bit of time, I quickly relaxed and am now a sweet, friendly kitty! I love pets, and I sprint excitedly over for nuzzles when my humans enter the room. I am a young cat and have the energy to match – I love to play! I will play for hours to my heart’s content with all toys that I am given. Despite my outside past, I have adapted quickly to being an indoor cat. I have been a quiet kitty too – my foster parents haven’t even heard me meow yet! While I have made a lot of progress, I have not yet shed all my fears and am looking for an experienced adopter who is willing to continue working with me long-term. I still scare easily with new people, loud sounds, and quick movements. I can play on the rough side sometimes. Adopters will need to correct this behavior. I have shown some cautious interest in other cats, and because of my high-energy, I might do well with another cat or kitten in the home if properly introduced. I know I will bring a lot of love and entertainment into your life!
Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:
– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
Adopters will receive their medical records.
Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to providing a safe, loving home for life, then please contact Kitty Connection to set up a time to meet.
