My name is Ari and I am a handsome two year old all black male. Sadly, I lived in a home where there were too many cats. Being the young kid on the totem pole I got the least amount of attention. This made me leery of people. I’m a great cat and I’m out and about and I am wonderful with other cats but I’m not very social with people. No one ever wanted to bother with me when I was little so I don’t know why everybody is interested in wanting to pet me now. I’ve gotten used to my foster mom. She can get real close to me and talk to me and I will sit there but I still have a long way to go. Everyone says I deserve a home and maybe someone with a big heart will adopt me as a friend to the cat since I love every cat I meet. If you have patience and give me time to love I know I will respond to you as well. All my friends keep getting adopted and all I want from Santa is to get a home with one of the friends I make or for someone to give me a home with another cat to be my friend.

– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
