Hi, I’m Maya, an 8-month old female kitty and am still up for adoption! My owner lost their home and I was left behind to fend for myself. So, I need to gain weight and require some TLC to feel 100% again. I’m skittish and shy at first but coming out of my shell more and more every day. I like to play and chase my toy and LOVE treats. I also love my human companions and enjoy coming to you to be pet. I like to be on the couch with you- I’m a lap cat! After I settle in, I will make a great companion!
I love curling up in a box in the sunbeams, and want all the head scratches you can give! I I find a cardboard box half-full of litter to be a perfect place to hide and feel safe. I hope you like hide and seek – I like small enclosed spaces, but once I’m ready I’ll affectionately rub my head against your hand as you skritch.
Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:
– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
