My name is Dobby and I am a 1-year-old handsome all black male cat. I do have a couple of smidges of white. I am very friendly and affectionate. I absolutely love being with people. When I was with other cats I was always beaten up by them. Now that I’m bigger I’m well-adjusted and know how to hold my own. So I would not do good with a shy cat, I need another confident cat to be with. If I am with another cat it would have to be in a home rather than an apartment. I settle in pretty quickly and like to be out and about with everyone pretty quickly. So that would not work in a small apartment if there is another cat. If I’m going to be an only cat, it would need to be with someone who is home more than not and maybe older children that would love to have fun time with a playful guy like me. I startle easily and will do best in a quiet home with no young children.

– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
