My name is Al. My friends call me Big Al because I am such a handsome, long, and sleek feline.  Everyone saw me and said I’ll will be getting a home quickly thanks to my looks and my personality which is so friendly and outgoing. Unfortunately, I tested positive for FeLV.  I wasn’t born with it. I got it because I was an outdoor cat which is why I can live a longer life than a kitten that is born with it. If my owner takes good care of me and gets me to annual appointment, I can have nice healthy life. Once the disease activates in my body, then there’s not much that can be done keeping me healthy until it’s time to put me down- that’s how it works. Some FeLV cats get to live up to 12 years old. I have a lot of love and affection to give a family that’s willing to give me a chance.

Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:

– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet

Adopters will receive their medical records.
