Once upon a time, 11-year-old Baby Girl lived with an elderly person who meant the world to her and for whom she was a constant following-room-to-room companion. Unfortunately, that person went into a nursing home, and no one in the family wanted the poor old girl, so Baby Girl’s life was turned upside-down.
Baby Girl is as sweet a cat as anyone is ever likely to find. She is a rub-against-your-leg, greet-you-when-you-come-home purring machine. She has a history of being OK with children and a dog, but seems not to get along well with other cats. Like most cats, she would do best in a home in which she won’t be left unaccompanied for long. Baby Girl is an easy cat who will be a devoted companion for the rest of her life. She seems suitable for a first-time adopter.
She has been spayed, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, treated for worms and fleas, tested for internal parasites, and is current on vaccinations. Her adopter will receive her medical records, which reflect recent exams by two different vets giving her a clean bill of health.
There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. Baby Girl’s fee is a mere $65- a bargain for a new best friend who will love you for the rest of her life. She’s being fostered in the Northeastern University area.
Cats can live up to 20 years, and don’t be surprised if Baby Girl lives that long, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to her and provide a safe, loving home for life, then respond to RoyCBarrows@gmail.com. Please include your phone number for a faster response and say a little about yourself and the home you would provide for her as we try to match people with the right cats.
