Hi! I’m 4 ½ month-old Paige from the P&W kitten litter! I am a sweet, beautiful calico kitty! Many of you may remember me when Kitty Connection posted about my injury and upcoming surgery. (I hurt myself by showing off my jumping skills in the kennel and ended up with a luxating patella in my hind leg.) We learned from the surgeon this week that they want to wait until I am 10-months-old and done growing. While this makes sense, it is hard for me to wait.
I am a happy, hop-along girl and am good on flat surfaces. I like to play but need to be watched closely so I don’t jump up onto things. (Unfortunately, I have to be in a crate when I am not supervised so that I don’t hurt myself more.) I like to be near my humans but am most comfortable sleeping on a cushion nearby for now. My ideal adopter would be someone who is home a lot to supervise me and appreciate my happy companionship. It would be great if there was a gentle kitty to keep me company or someone interested in adopting one of my siblings from my P&W kitten litter.
I am looking for a special forever home who will welcome me into their family in a foster to adopt situation. This means someone who will initially foster me and receive Kitty Connection support to get me through the surgery before finalizing the adoption. Because all of my doctors are local, I also need a family that is in the greater Medford area.
Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:
– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
Adopters will receive their medical records.

Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to providing a safe, loving home for life, then please submit a pre-adoption application.
