Gara is a sweet brown-tabby girl, a little over a year old. She lost her home because the people who meant the world to her moved and chose not to bring them. Gara is an adorable little lady who enjoys playing and curling up with the people around her. She could be adopted into a home that has another cat or would also be OK as the sole feline princess of her castle as long as she gets lots of interactive play and is not left unaccompanied for long. We think she would do well with children who are mature enough to treat cats respectfully. We haven’t observed her with dogs. Gara seems like an easy cat who would be suitable for a first-time adopter.
She has:
– been spayed
– been given rabies and distemper vaccinations
– tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
– been treated for fleas and worms
Their adopter will receive their medical records. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. She’s being fostered in Quincy.
Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to them and provide a safe, loving home for life, then respond to RoyCBarrows@gmail.com. Please include your phone number for a faster response and say a little about yourself and the home you would provide for them as we try to match people with the right cats.

“Courtesy Posts” are animals who are NOT in Kitty Connection’s possession, but we are helping to find their forever homes! If you can and will commit to providing a safe, loving home: please submit a pre-adoption application (unless otherwise noted in the description above).
