I’m Bessie, around 10 years old and female. My foster mom says I’m an absolute little “love bug!” I’m very easy going and ready for my next adventure into my permanent home. I’m a great work from home companion, as I love to nap the day away and will take any head scratches you offer, but I’m not that demanding. I love to snuggle up when you’re on the couch or settling in to sleep.
I am a “fospice” cat (foster home forever for a cat on hospice) because I have a heart murmur. Kitty Connection has helped me get it diagnosed and treated, but I won’t have that many years to live as a result. That doesn’t take away from the love I’m ready to give. I would be the ideal for someone that wants a cat, but doesn’t want to commit to 20 years!
I do ok with other cats, but definitely prefer to be the only cat. I am friendly around all people and kids and curl up in everyone’s arms. I just need an adopter who will help me monitor my heart condition. I promise I will reward them with all my love and companionship for all of my life.
Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:
– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet
