- Abby - Abby continues to do very well and now has the run of the house. She is fitting in well and all of my other animals have accepted her into the pack. Here are few pictures I hope you like. We went into Kitty Connection looking to adopt a kitten and ended up falling in love with the mama who was taking care of all of the stray kittens. She was a little timid when we first got her home and had mastitis, but now she is fully recovered and has really warmed up to us. She
- Annabel - We adopted Annabel (you called her Sunshine) in the fall of 2006, and she has grown fat and happy with us. At first, her new brother, Dexter, was highly skeptical, but now he sleeps next to her and frequently demands that she give him a bath. (You can almost see her roll her eyes as she does this.) Her special place is my daughter’s bedroom, one of the quietest spots
- Antrim, Cornwall and Beckham - Hi Stacey, I just wanted to let you know all is well here. - Appa - Hello, I just wanted to pass along a little update and some pictures! Mushroom is doing well, he’s incredibly fast! All yesterday and the night we got him he kept dashing out the bedroom door, which put him at meeting our other cat face-to-face a lot sooner than I’d planned. - Archie - Hi everyone! Just wanted to send a quick update because one year ago today I got my little man, Archie, from you! He’s doing amazing – and even has a brother now (Charlie!). I couldn’t imagine not having him and I thank you all again so much for bringing him into my life!
- Ash and Croft - The friendly folks at Kitty Connection were very responsive in matching us with our new kitties, Ash and Croft (Ash is the light gray tiger). The foster parents took really good care of these little guys and everyone worked in concert to get us acquainted and up to speed with our furry new family members. We worked with other pet adoption agencies, but I have to say, they took weeks
- Astro and Bailey - Attached are a couple of pictures of Astro and Bailey (formerly Ming & Ting). I adopted them on Jan 2nd and it took the about half a day for them to totally adjust and take over my household. These brothers are about a year old and very sweet and playful. They follow me around like puppies and talk to me when they think I’m not paying enough attention to them.
- Autumn - Hi Marie, I wanted to let you know that Sparky (now Autumn–named by my teenage daughters) is doing well. She did not like being in a safe room as you predicted–so she is wandering the house. I have kept her pirate ship, the carrying case, food and a litter box in the room though just in case. She has found where we keep the food and the litter box. She
- Baby - Baby was born in November 1999 and is a very sweet, loving neutered male with a microchip. His mom had to move and could not bring him along but wanted to find him a loving home. Thankfully, Baby was adopted by a wonderful couple with three other cats at the adoption weekend at PetSmart. Photos of the new happy family to come soon!

- Bailey and Micky - Earlier this year, after sadly losing three of my dear cats (B.B. Kitty, Curly, and Moe) to cancer within the last few years, it was hard to imagine letting a new cat companion into my life. - Barrett and Yarra - Hi! Citrus Bubbles and Autumn Leaf, now Barrett and Yarra, are doing great and have made such progress in such a short time! They have their own bedroom and seem to like it. - Boston - Boston has a new friend whose name is Stripes. They argue occasionally, but for the most part they are good friends. We just discovered that she is a protective cat. - Bounce - I wanted to send along a few pictures of “Bounce” (we call him Nugget). He is growing FAST and is incredibly happy with his two older playmates, Cleo and Raven. They are 8 months old and the 3 of them play constantly. We added onto our cat condo, and the 3 of them are always playing on it. “Bounce” is our little angel and we are all so happy. He
- BP - BP (Berry Punch; Betty Poop; Betty Paige) was dumped at a gas station and thankfully rescued by Kitty Connection. Soon after, she came home with us from her wonderful foster mom Lois’ house on February 15, 2010 and she is settling in purrfectly here. - Cinnamon and Maxwell - As soon as I opened the carrier, Paul, now called Maxwell, took off for a quick house tour. He returned a couple minutes later, and sprawled at my feet, purring. He was home. - Crookshanks - Well, what can we say? He’s a lover and a fighter. Crookshanks (Roy) has been settling into our home and staking his claim as the boss that he is. - Pepper - Here’s Pepper just home from her latest check-up. She is the first cat we’ve ever had who made not a peep as I put her into the carrier to go to the vet this morning (just needed her rabies shot). The vet says she’s in fabulous shape and can’t get over how silky her coat is. She has gotten bigger, but at six months Pepper’s still as playful as ever.
- Pepper - Having arrived at her forever home on January 5, little Pepper (formerly Trixie) is thriving. She is much loved by the entire family. She loves to play chase, tumble, and climb her scratching post. After play time comes nap time. - Roger - Hi Alex, Roger nee Joseph is doing just fine. He was cautious and friendly to the two cats already here, and now is playing with one of them. The other is a skittish feral female who doesn’t have any social skills. Roger tried to befriend her but finally gave up and now just chases her whenever she emerges from hiding (usually under the living room couch). Roger is very playful

- Tux - Hey guys! I adopted Tux from Kitty Connection in February, just a little more than a month ago, and already this apartment is more his apartment than mine. His first day home, he showed no signs of stress or fear, exploring every nook and cranny and immediately finding “his” spots.
